Continuing with my slideshow addiction….here is some sweet newborn love for baby Elias.
music: Lullaby by the Dixie Chicks – available for purchase on itunes.
I have been wanting to start incorporating slideshows into sneak peeks – so here is a first go at it!
So – I have had several requests from clients for decoration ideas of past fall weddings – so I put together a few of my favorites…
I have been so busy shooting, editing, emailing, meeting, calling and mothering these last few weeks that my blog has slipped by the wayside! I have been putting sneak peeks up on the fanpage faithfully – but this pic is the perfect opportunity to return the glory of blog viewing! I plan to follow up with a collective post of the the last couple months in the next few days…but in the mean time – check out Erin & Matt…”falling” into love.

I can’t wait to show you all what other mischief I have been up to!
Amy and Travis had the perfect day….blue sky dotted by puffy white clouds, sunshine, cool breeze and beauty all around them! Their 3 boys were so cute. They had a really
sweet ceremony for them where they all poured colored sand into a vase to symbolize their new family. The flowers were amazing – Amy’s friend did them – she works for Cornell Plantation – an amazing place. Scott’s Family Resort was so charming…the staff were kind and attentive. Amy was gorgeous and Travis looked so handsome – it was a perfect beginning!

Kristin & Joe are awesome…they have all their own style and they are totally adorable together. Their wedding was full of personal touches. A special bubble tea mixed drink, awesome orange flowers, each bridesmaid had gorgeous earrings picked out by the bride, memories of family members who were watching from the other side. Their song was the theme to Sleeping Beauty….really – it was awesome. Another great thing was that I got to work with my dad! He shot second with me and did an amazing job! I knew my talent had to come from somewhere in the gene pool. Our assistant Larry also snapped a few great ones for us – I am so lucky to have such talented people to work with. Thank you so much to everyone for letting us share in your day – we had an amazing time! I hope you all enjoy a little taste of their day – more to come soon!
XO
Heather

It was a perfect day – I cried 3 times, I just love working with my clients. By the time their wedding rolls around I really feel like my dear friends are getting married and I am so excited for them! This session has been more than a year in the making. Sue won a gift certificate for a free session during a fundraiser last year. She called me up and asked if I could take a family picture because everyone was going to be in town. I was due to have Eli just a week before the gig and wound up not being able to do it. So fast forward a year….there is this new baby – she is adorable, could we get our session together? Absolutely!!
I admit that I am happy the first time didn’t work out. If it had, I might has missed the chance to not only see the most adorable 4 month old girl with the cutest little baby roles I have seen in a long time – but I also would have missed seeing her family dote on her like she is queen of the world, or at least, their hearts. Thanks so much Washingtons!
